PJ Maa Partners toimi myyjän avustajana järjestelyssä, jossa Einhell Germany AG hankki Einhell Finland Oy:n osakkeet Timo Harjulta 1.11.2022. Einhell Finland Oy eriytyi Kauppahuone Harju Oy:stä omaksi yhtiökseen osana yritysjärjestelyä.
Einhell kehittää ja myy huipputeknisiä työkaluja tee-se-itse-ihmisille, puutarhaharrastajille ja muille käsistään käteville. Laaja tuotevalikoima kattaa erilaisia työkaluja ja laitteita kotiin, puutarhaan, talliin sekä verstaaseen. Einhell Finland Oy vastaa Einhellin työkalujen maahantuonnista ja jakelusta Suomessa.

Einhellin liiketoimintaan keskittynyt Kauppahuone Harjun henkilökunta jatkaa Einhell Finland Oy:n palveluksessa ja yhtiön toiminta jatkuu Myllypurokadulla Tampereella.
Einhell Germany AG on vuonna 1964 perustettu saksalainen pörssinoteerattu yhtiö, jonka pääkonttori sijaitsee Landau an der Isarissa, Saksassa. Konsernin liikevaihto oli vuonna 2021 noin 927 miljoonaa euroa ja se työllistää noin 1800 henkilöä 43 maassa.

A German stock-exchange listed company Einhell AG has acquired Einhell Finland Oy
PJ Maa Partners acted as an advisor for the seller in the arrangement where Einhell Germany AG acquired the shares of Einhell Finland Oy from Timo Harju on November 1, 2022. Einhell Finland Oy diverged from Kauppahuone Harju Oy into its own company as part of the corporate reorganization process.
Einhell develops and sells high-tech tools for do-it-yourself people, garden enthusiasts and other handy people. The wide range of products covers various tools and equipment for the home, garden, stable and workshop. Einhell Finland Oy is responsible for importing and distributing Einhell’s tools in Finland.

Kauppahuone Harju’s staff will continue to work for Einhell Finland Oy and the company’s operations and premises will stay at Myllypurokatu in Tampere.
